Terms of service.
Brie Anderson Photo agrees to provide photography services to Client (name below) in consideration of payment provided pursuant to the terms of this photography services contract.
Client (name below) agrees to pay 50% of full amount indicated in this contract in full via Venmo (@briemitchellanderson) on date of signature to reserve session date and time. Date/time will not be held until down payment received.
Client (name below) agrees to pay remaining 50% of full amount indicated in this contract in full via Venmo (@briemitchellanderson) on or before date session.
Should Client (name below) cancel session with less than 72 hours notification, down payment (50% of package price) will not be returned.
Brie Anderson Photo agrees to provide Client (name below) with make up session should inclement weather (snow or rain) cause cancellation.
Client (name below) agrees that Brie Anderson Photo shall be allowed to use any or all photos taken during session on date stated in this contract on social media channels (@brieandersonphoto) and website (www.brieandersonphoto.com).
